Author & Illustrator Festival Application

Thank you for your interest in participating in the Light A Candle For Literacy Parade & Children's Book Festival on Saturday, June 7, 2025. This event celebrates literacy, creativity, and community, and we’re thrilled to showcase your talents!

We have received grant funding to purchase books from participating authors and illustrators for distribution to festival attendees.  The number and selection of books will depend on the available budget and inventory.  This grassroots event is dedicated to serving children and families who may not have access to books.  If our budget allows, we aim to provide small honorariums to help cover your time, materials, and transportation costs.
